■Synopsis
Once upon a time, a long time ago. Demons appeared in the capital and attacked people.
Kinnosuke Sakagami (Yutaka Kyan), a vassal of Ao Minamoto (Hiroki Suzuki), a nobleman, was attacked by a demon, but he fought back and cut off one of his arms.
When Ao was informed of this, Usui Shima (Chiba Tetsuya), another vassal, suggested that the demon might have been responsible for the disappearance of Ao’s wife.
One morning ten years ago, Beniko (Yuzuka Rei) and her daughter Fuji (Higuchi Hina) disappeared without a trace. They left a pair of footprints in the garden that looked like demons.
Since then, the whereabouts of Beniko and her daughters are unknown.
Ao, who still believes that Beniko and Fuji are alive, decides to find the ogre’s stronghold and bring them back. However, Tochinoki (Tomoki Saotome), the demon who attacked Kinnosuke, comes and takes Momochiyo(Hayato Ichinose ) away. Chasing Tochinoki, Ao and his men headed for Shinonashikuni.
At that time, Beniko, Fuji and Beniko’s parents were living in a small village in Shinonashikuni. The village chief, Yasohachi (Makoto Awane), was impressed by Beniko and Fuji’s splendid dance. When asked by Yasohachi, Beniko begins to tell the story of her visit to the village. ……
Live together or die together.
The curtain now rises on a sad fairy tale of two people torn apart by the fate of blood.
